Felicity Furey, Co-founder
After seeing little change in diversity in engineering over the last 20 years, Felicity wanted to take charge and do something about it. That's why she started Power of Engineering.
This has led her to speak to and inspire more than 11,000 people globally and be awarded as one of Engineer Australia's Innovative Engineers of 2018 and BOSS Magazine's 2016 Young Executive of the Year.

Dr Jillian Kenny, Co-Founder
Since discovering the critical nature of diversity in allowing for innovation to arise, Jillian's tendency to challenge traditional ways of thinking led her to start Power of Engineering.
Since then she has challenged audience perspectives in the UK, USA, South Korea and Australia. Jillian was named a Superstar of STEM by Science and Technology Australia in 2017 and as one of 2014's Top 100 Most Influential Australian Women by the AFR.

Profits received from each speaking engagement will be put directly back into the organisation to run much needed regional events. So not only will you do something great for your organisation, you will also enable us to expand our work.
Ford Australia invited Felicity and Jillian to speak at our recent International Women’s Day event. Their presentation about how they started their social enterprises in the STEAM space were inspiring and provided positive energy to a room of local high school girls and Ford employees. Alongside their personal stories of success they gave the audience an informative, engaging and fresh perspective on what it means to be 'An Engineer' in the modern world. Thank you Felicity and Jillian!
